Updated September 20, 2026 · Budget proposal
40 guest rooms, 50 Yealink phones, 40 wired TVs, 57 Wi-Fi access points and 217 cable drops.
Four cable runs per room keep all three requested outlets available.

Pricing assumes 20 rooms on each hotel floor. The revised second-floor plan supports 20 rooms; a revised third-floor plan is still needed. Confirm room numbering, outlet locations, rack spaces and the service address before installation.
Separate networks protect hotel operations, guests, phones, TVs, the gallery and each tenant.
